Michael
R. McGreevey

Michael R. McGreevey serves
as the Executive Assistant to the President at Ithaca College,
having served in this position since 1999. Other positions he has
held during his 17-year tenure with the College include Director
for Special Programs/Interim Director of Alumni Relations
(Institutional Advancement), Director and Assistant Director of
the London Center (based in London, England), Special Assistant
for Enrollment Planning, and Assistant Director for Campus
Activities & Orientation. Professionally he is a member of the
Association
of Governing Board’s of Universities and Colleges (AGB)
Professional Staff Planning Committee. Michael has recently
served as the Chair of the National Association of Presidential
Assistants in Higher Education (NAPAHE); he continues to serve as
a member of the Board of Directors and is now serving as the Past
Chair. Locally, he is active in community service as the chair
of the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ithaca and Tompkins
County, is a member of the board of directors of Leadership
Tompkins and the Family Reading Partnership, and is an active
member of Rotary International. Michael holds a B.A. in
Communications from Bowling Green State University, a M.Ed. in
Higher Education Administration from the University of Vermont,
and a M.S. in Communications from Ithaca College.
