Alden & Associates, Inc. is a successful executive search practice devoted to higher education, with emphasis placed on searches for chief of staff/presidential assistants, athletic administrators, head coaches, general counsel, and other senior-level higher education administrators. Our firm is the answer for chief executive officers, senior administrators and search committees in this important process.

The firm has a Candidate Profile Database for each of our primary search focus areas where qualified administrators from around the nation indicate to Alden & Associates, Inc. their interest based on a number of indicators, such as position, regional interests, institutional Carnegie Classification, and divisional level to name a few.

Alden & Associates, Inc. will employ its time-tested, highly effective search processes, including all-inclusive research/sourcing techniques and unusually stringent due diligence, in these new domains of higher education search. At the same time, we offer our modified fee structure designed to work within budget constraints and our unconditional guarantee.

Alden & Associates, Inc. understands that colleges and universities are interested in identifying diverse candidate pools. We bring a special expertise in identifying and attracting women and minority candidates. Our strong commitment to encouraging diversity is witnessed through the quantitative analysis of our candidate pools—70% of our semifinalist pools and 44% of our finalist pools have included women and/or minorities.
